- What do we need to do to book
services?
- We require a signed copy of your service quote and a 10%
deposit.
- How many bartenders do we get with the
service and what do they wear?
- Typically one bartender for every 75 guests
- Formal events uniform: Black dress shirt with Silver Tie
and black vest and pants.
- Casual events uniform: Black Polo Shirt with Bottoms-up
logo and appropriate casual pants.
- What are your bartenders
like?
- Our bartenders are Fast, Friendly and Professional, with years of
experience bartending catered events.
- Is glassware used at the
bar?
- Clear plastic recyclable drink ware is standard. Glassware can be
rented for a fee.
- Is there a deposit required? And how much
is it?
- Yes, a deposit is required in order to reserve
and book a date. Minimum deposit is the greater of 10% of the
service quote or $100.
- When do you need our guest
count?
- We need the final guest count 10 days prior to the
event.
- When is payment due?
- We require payment in full prior to delivery of
service.
- Is there a Gratuity added? Or do the
bartenders put out tip jars?
- We do not add a gratuity to the invoice unless asked to do
so.
- The bartenders will put out tip jars unless otherwise
instructed.
- How do we pay our
invoice?
- You can pay online through the link on your invoice
or by mail with a check.
