services?
- We require a signed copy of your service estimate and a 10% deposit.
- How many bartenders do we get with the
service and what do they wear?
- This depends on how many guests you have. The minimum is two for all events over 50 guests and typically one bartender for every 75 guests in total.
- Formal events uniform is: White Tuxedo shirts with black vest and bowties.
- Casual events uniform is: Polo Shirt with Bottoms-up Bartending logo.
- What are your bartenders
like?
- Our bartenders have years of experience bartending catered
events. They are professional,
organized and fast, providing efficient service with an outgoing and friendly personality.

- Is glassware used at the
bar?
- Clear plastic recyclable drink ware is included. Glassware can be rented for a fee.
- Is there a deposit required? And how much
is it?
- Yes, a deposit is required in order to reserve and book a service date. Minimum deposit is 10% of the service estimate.
- When do you need our guest
count?
- We need the final guest count 10 days prior to your event. Your service invoice will be issued at this time for payment in full.
- When is payment in full
due?
- We require payment in full for all Hosted bar services and Labor charges 5 business days prior to your event.
- Is there a Gratuity added? Or do the
bartenders put out tip jars?
- No, we do not add a gratuity to the invoice.
- Yes, the bartenders will put out tip jars unless otherwise instructed
- What happens if you run out of booze or
beer etc?

Our policy is to never run out of a category of alcoholic beverage that we serve. We consider the following to be the major categories of alcoholic beverages for our service purposes: Beer, Red Wine, White Wine, Vodka, Gin, Whiskey, Scotch and Rum. If any of the categories appear to be popular and are running low, we send someone out to pick up more.
- If we should happen to run out of one item under one of the categories, like Chardonnay for example, but we have 2 other white wine choices available, then we would not send out for just Chardonnay.

- What happens if we prepay for barrels of
beer or bottles of wine and there is some unopened at the end of the night?
- If you prepay for barrels of beer or bottles of wine that are not opened, then we will refund the difference to you within 5 business days.
- How do we pay our
invoice?
- By mail with a check or by phone or email with Credit Card (a 2% credit processing fee applies to all credit card payments).
